Newts
Migrate! 9 November 2003 |
During
the wet winter months California Newts migrate across Hicks Road. |
||
They begin their migration soon after the first autumn rains.
Newts travel great distances to return to their breeding ponds.
They forage for invertibrates to eat along the way.
Newts
are sensitive, fragile creatures: observe, but do not obstruct them. |
